1. No Refunds
All sales made on www.mumbaisurfclub.comare final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on any services purchased through our website, except where required by law. This policy applies to all purchases, including but not limited to :

3. Surf Package Cancellations
No Refunds on packages : If you cancel or are unable to consume your package within the given time, no refunds will be provided.
Non Transferable: surf packages are to be redeemed by single person who has signed up for the same. It cannot be consumed or transferred to any other person.
4. Chargebacks and Disputes
In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, we reserve the right to suspend your accountor withhold any products or services until the matter is resolved. We encourage you to contactus directly if you have any concerns about your purchase before initiating a chargeback.
5. Changes to Orders or Bookings
You may request changes to your orders or service bookings before they are processed or scheduled. Changes may be subject to availability and additional charges, depending on the nature of the request.
